One hour to Santa Rosa, one hour to Ukiah and one hour to world renowned wine tasting in the Napa Valley or to Sonoma's Valley of the Moon. Blue Lakes, which is just short drive from Cobb, has many fun and exciting adventures waiting for you! Bring your canoe or rent one and spend the day drifting around the lake. Stocked with trout, don't forget your fishing pole! Before you leave don't miss the rope swing for the total Blue Lakes experience.! Ciago Winery, located in Lucerne, is probably the only Northern California winery accessible by boat, as featured in Sunset Magazine. Fine dining with vegitables grown on the grounds and gorgeous accomodations. On your way through Nice, don't miss a nights stay that you'll never forget at the Featherbed Railroad Company. Each caboose is decorated with a different theme from the Orient Express to the Wild Wild West. Fine dining is easy to come by at the Blue Wing at the Historical Tallman Inn in Upper Lake. Park Place on the waterfront by Library Park is always excellent. The Saw Shop Bistro in Kelseyville is a unique culinary experience. The Rob Roy Country Club on Cobb will not disappoint. Cobb Mountain has been known by families for generations to be one of the best family resort spots. It has two 9 hole golf courses, family dining, great little coffee shops and family friendly activities, including swimming and bingo at Pine Grove.
